Great pc! No issues at all. Touch screen is great. Wanted a good reliable home pc and this is perfect. Can remotely connect to work pc too.

I read a LOT of reviews and researched a wide variety of computers before settling on this purchase. I cannot say enough good things about the computer! Hardware setup was essentially instant, as this is an all-in-one desktop. I plugged it in, and we were off to the races. Initial setup of the computer software was completely foolproof: the computer walked me through each step; and the whole process took about 5 minutes or less. The speed of this computer is blinding! The six-core processor really shows what it is capable of with every task it is given. All accessories I have hooked up to it have been instantly plug and play with no issues. The only "criticism" I can give it is that the DVD-RW drive feels a little delicate and flimsy when it is opened. However, that is the exception, not the rule, with this device. The keyboard and mouse included each feel durable and ready for duty. I feel great about this purchase and would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I looked at the Mac computers, but I got so much more with this computer for the money! Big screen. Touch screen. Fast processor (I returned a Dell computer that was too slow). Great look. Reasonably priced. Has a DVD/CD drive which I love! Awesome wireless mouse and keyboard. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

Has been a great desktop. Crisp screen, stylish modern look, and no software issues so far.

beautiful machine and just the right size for a small kitchen desk. Love that there's an HDMI in so it doubles as a TV in the kitchen. Slightly slow, but I'm used to more powerful machines. Hard drive failed after 2 months, but HP is replacing or repairing under warranty.

It was really easy to set up!!! It works really fast too.

After buying a Lenevo all in one , that must have been defective, I returned to Best Buy & got this HP . Looks and works Great ! After 6 weeks, No complaints & would recommend !

This All-In-One surprised me with its functionality. It has an impressive hard drive and it's screen was amazing. Nice touch screen and it was a nice addition for an older generation computer user. Reduced the additional setup required for desktop computers.

I ordered this computer and it turned out that the screen was not a touch screen. I returned it and then ordered the new one again, but again the computer was not a touch screen. I ended up using it because anyway it is a good computer without the feature. However, it was really waste of my time talking to their customer service and Geek Squad. They didn't provide any help. I needed to contact HP and they verified this was not a touch screen. Best Buy just asked you to return. Then I traveled to one of their stores to return and ordered it again. Then again it was not a touch screen... I am not happy with this. Otherwise, this computer really works well.

I have a mix of PCs and Apple products at home. I bought this "all-in-one" and set it up for my father. My first impression was that this HP is a shameless and cheaply constructed knock off of an iMac. Microsoft has come along with Windows 10 and I like that. But the computer itself was disappointment. Power button is small and difficult to find and press. He had a lot of trouble turning the computer on. Ports are difficult to access (right behind the stand!!). Fan is noisy ("thrums" at idle). Keyboard and mouse are very "cheap".

Great value! I installed one 256GB NVMe SSD in the free M.2 slot. Now I have a fast OS disk and also keep the 2TB HDD as a larger storage disk.

I bought this computer because of the touchscreen capabilities. Shortly after the warranty expired, the touchscreen driver disappeared. I spent weeks working with Microsoft tech support (they were awesome!) to do everything possible to fix the issue, even reinstalling Windows 10 TWICE, but STILL NO TOUCHSCREEN. Contacted HP customer support and they want to charge me to run their "special diagnostic tests" (aka the SAME ones Microsoft ran for FREE!) Did some research on the issue and turns out it's a bad motherboard. People have been complaining to HP about this same exact issue for at least 5 yrs and HP refuses to do anything to fix the problem. They just want MORE MONEY to tell you that it's going to cost you even MORE MONEY to have the motherboard replaced! I will NEVER buy another HP product! They don't stand behind their products and their customer support is the worst! Don't waste your money on an HP computer! Google the motherboard issues with them.

Love the computer itself but the keyboard is cheap. It stopped functioning about 50 days after I purchased the computer. Took the keyboard, fob and mouse into the Coon Rapids store to see if they would just replace the defective item, but, alas, no. Their response was to bring the entire computer in and they would send it to HP for 'repair'. So I'm going to bring in my 24" all-in-one because the KEYBOARD is defective? As an Elite Plus member, I'm not sure if I'm more disappointed in HP and their crappy keyboard or Best Buy and their really poor customer service.

This is a great upgrade from my last computer. I don't care for the hard to get at ports on the back and bottom however. I'm using a usb extender to help the situation. Otherwise I like it.

Great item I bough this for my wife good sound and quality

We love it. Fast and quiet . The sound is so rich. sounds like big speakers. Display wow!!!

The computer is working great. Haven't had any trouble with it so far.
