Customers are saying

Customers highly value the large screen size and ease of use of the Pavilion 23.8" All-in-One. Many appreciate its performance and stylish design, along with the convenience of the touchscreen. While some users would prefer more USB ports, concerns about the hard drive's reliability were also noted.

    Not a touchscreen !!!

What I received is not a touch screen. Called customer service, transferred to geek technique support, remote accessed my computer, checked and said" looks like it is not touchscreen". My option is either return or keep it. Not even a sorry. I have installed software, it is such a headache to go to bestbuy, it takes time. Even if I ask UPS come to pick up, I would have no computer to use for a period of time. I gave two stars is because this pc is beautiful. (the fan is on the loud side) Watch out the advertisement.

Only had this computer 2 days

I bought this computer on March 1. I called HP tech support on the second day to see if they would help me with what I thought might just be a simple problem. When I described the problem, the agent told me that they would have to transfer me to the fee based support. I told her that I would not pay for support on a new computer that I only had for one day. She said that was my only option and transferred me. I gave the next person my serial number and model number of the computer and they told me that the support would cost me. I told then not to worry, because I was going to return it for a refund and did that on the next day. The customer service for HP is really bad and they nickel and dime you for everything. I replaced the HP with the Mac all in one desktop.

I just bought this computer, get home and set it up in the set up process it tells me an error has occurred. Once it finishe'd the set up it wouldn't let me load anything very frusterating! I don't like spending this kind of money and the product doesn't work the way it should! Complete waste of time and money. I called to see if I could fix it told me to do a reset. Did the reset and the issue is still there. This is the 2nd hp computer I've gotten the last one was a laptop that only lasted a yr thought maybe if I spend a little more money the product will be better, guess I was wrong! I will be returning and getting my money back this weekend and no more hp products for me.

We ordered this computer and received it on Black Friday. We got it set up and took it through all of the setup and got to use it for all of two hours when all of a sudden it shut off and wouldn’t turn back on. We spent 40 minutes with HP tech support to have the guy teach us how to unplug and plug a computer in just to have to go into Best Buy and return a defective computer. It was a nice computer... for 2 hours.

Doesn't interface with mouse and keyboard well. In spite of antivirus protection it still glitches and catches malware...doesn't keep up with updates and drivers well
