Reflections and glare screen horrible. This computer is slower than my old one, it was 7 years old I REGRET this purchase

Touch screen failed after 7 months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have used this computer in our kitchen through the touch screen interface for 7 months and a few days ago the touch screen stoped working. Calls to HP support we helpful. Had to send the computer back to HP for warranty support, hope it gets fixed, and we are without our machine for an expected 2-3 weeks. What a hassle. Poorly built machine.

Not Happy With Computer

The screen is messed up, it must be defective!! I really like the computer overall, but now instead of getting a replacement I have to give it up for 2 weeks and wait for it to get FIXED!! i could understand if I would have had it for a longer period of time, but if something is wrong with it now what else is going to happen! So buyers beware, you wont get the customer service you expect with Best Buy!!!

Please be aware that they are not all honest. They destroyed my computer!!
