Worst keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The keys stuck on the keyboard within a month and Best Buy would not replace the keyboard. Will never purchase anything from Best Buy. Worst customer service ever.

Very nice PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this computer for Christmas and it is a very nice. Once I hooked it up to my wireless network I got the Geek Squad to fine tune this computer. It is so fast when I am on internet. The start up is very fast and the monitor is big, clear and bright. If I were you and are thinking about buying this pc I would also buy the Geek Squad protection plan. They are very reliable and know what they are doing. You can call them anytime 24/7.

Very nice until it quits working
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We got this for a Christmas present for our son, we let him pick it out. All I know for sure is I asked the sales associate to help us pick one out that I wouldn't wish I;d spent more on later to get better performance. 3 weeks ago the computer started shutting down every 5 to 10 minutes with 4 different error messages. Saturday I couldn't stand it any more so we went to Best Buy and were told all they would do since we didn't buy the geek squad warranty was send it in for us. Got home and got online and called HP. Could not figure out any way to talk with someone in the USA and spent over 2 hours working with someone that was very hard to understand and kept repeating everything. After running various tests it was determined that the memory module was bad but the guy said many times it could be programming not hardware related and told me to do a system reset. When that process was underway got the blue screen of death that said operating system could not be found, hard drive F30 error. Got the wonderful chance to call back again and a different agent asked me why we would be trying a system reset to which I said because I was told to. Then they wanted to keep going back to the memory module problem and would not understand that the real problem now was the computer did not work at all. After he talked to his supervisor they decided that they would call me back monday. My advice is check the internet, many are having the same issue with the HP all in ones so be forewarned if you have to have one. Better yet, get a Sony since all their tech support is in the USA.
