Easy to use and the touch screen is nice. Windows 10 was fairly easy to get use to.I was worried it might be difficult but so far so good It would be good if the computer had vip drives in the front rather than in the back and bottom of the screen. You really have to use the add on type.

Haven't had the opportunity to use it very much, but seems to be a good product. upon purchase, had the Geeks transfer all my info from my other computer (highly recommend this) and purchased the extended protection plan, antivirus & malware detection program they also installed. Like the touch screen display and the wireless keyboard & mouse - keeps my desk clutter-free.

I replaced an old desk top pc with this all in one. I had a rats nest of wires behind my desk and now there are none. This new pc is very fast and has a great quality display. The B&O sound is good but not great. I use headphones when I am in the mood to really enjoy some music.

I had not upgraded my computer for 6 years. This new machine is light years ahead in technology but is also extremely east to use. I am not the most computer savy person in the world but I managed to switch over all of my devices independently with little frustration.

Going to an all-in-one is terrific. Gone is a dust collecting tower, along with myriad cords and connecters. And if that’s not enough - in its place is an entire computer that takes less space than the just the monitor of the previous. Better yet - It works!

Looked at a couple of options in various stores. was looking for a nice home computer to share with my wife for family media. Would have loved an I7 but the I5 will do just nicely for what i need. had it setup within minutes. very excellent quality and style

The HP All-in one is perfect. We aren't exactly computer dummies but most definitely aren't computer Geeks either. Between this computer and Best Buy's Geek support to get our new computer set up for us, this has been the best purchase we have made in years.

I love this. I just got it and I am already enjoying many of the features of this computer. The all-in-one is great and so quiet! Just don't peel off the plastic stickers at the front - they let you know where to find the power button, and USB locations.

Like how fast it is compared to my old pc. Picture is great

I purchased this system after I returned a similar system from another manufacturer. This system has a 7200 rpm hard drive which greatly boosts performance, making this I5 comparable to an I7 processor. It is very smooth and I have not had any problems.

the computer was purchased for as a main business computer. the storage on here is amazing, screen size is great for detailed prints, if your like me and looking into a small screen all day is hard on the eyes, this has made my day much better.

I enjoy this computer because it's a great fit for my family. We don't have too much space so this fits perfect for where we have it. We enjoy the touch screen, which is really nice since we're so used to mobile devices being touch screen. The apps are great as well. The sound quality is great and its not a crazy expensive computer.

First off I am not a gamer. I am just a normal at home user I love it. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the placement of the headphone jack. I wear wired BOSE and you have to plug it in under the screen and then the cord runs right in the middle of the keyboard and everything else. Otherwise I love it. No noise and easy to set up.

It took me 2 years to decide on a computer. I was going from a WinXP to Win10 and did not want to make any mistakes. I knew I wanted a wireless, but I also wanted a computer that had a DVD player. This computer fit the bill and the reviews were excellent. I did have it set up by the Geek Squad to transfer everything from the old to the new, but when I got home and took it out of the box, it was ready to go! Win10 is not as intimidating as I thought it would be and I love having a wireless computer. The only thing I do not like is the keyboard. At first I thought, how cute and slim, but it really is too small and lays flat with no adjustment. I did put bumpers on it to give it a slight slant, but I can't get used to the size of the keyboard. I am going to purchase a different keyboard with all my rewards certificates.

This is a easy computer to setup and it runs well....

What I like is the ALL IN ONE feature. There are not a lot of wires to plug in. Only one wire to plug in, and that is for power. I like the touch screen, cordless key board and mouse, and of course all the components of the operating system.

Having owned a dozen personal computers in the past 20 years , I cannot remember a better computer than this. It performs flawlessly in all aspects. I don't think there is anything negative about this computer that comes to mind.
