This computer works fine and has a wonderful big screen. But in retrospect, I wish I would have gone with a matte screen rather than the normal screen this has. The glare is really annoying. You don't notice it in the store, but you sure do when you get it home.

Only reason it was not a five star is their was no Microsoft excel or word program

my wife insisted that we go with an all-in-one, and I'm glad she did. this machine performs well, is compact, and the display is amazing. we couldn't be happier so far.

They stand behind there open boxes, The HP was great for my son for school and minor games and double the nput for TV

My new computer is a bit large for a regular size desk hutch arrangement, but with the L=shape desk, it is working out nicely. Love the big screen!

This is a great computer for someone who likes to touch or use the mouse. A great space saver and fast, really no wait time and a lot of space.

The first note is to say that set-up is super simple. It only has 1 plug, the A/C cord to power it up. Pretty standard for an "All-In-One" set-up. The webcam has a privacy switch so you can close the aperture for privacy (instead of a bandaid-lol). There is an HDMI input and an output as well which is a must for me so I have it hooked up to my huge flat screen TV for when the need arises. Another must for me is that it does have a built-in DVD/CD Burner-Player. You will have to be careful and use finesse when loading/unloading or closing the player as it is very fragile and feels a little flimsy. But really is not much different than my USB style player, which is also fragile and flimsy. The speaker system in this system is very decent and is a Bang & Olufson tuned system, so it does sound really great But if you really want to crank it up for lets say an Action movie or some really loud tunes, then you can simply pair-up your favorite "kick butt" BlueTooth speaker system. The touch screen is very responsive and works well so far and after opening multiple windows, I was able to tackle some work on my photos while jamming to some music in another window without any lag time or any slow response. I also had another 3 tabs active at the same time as well. The only downfall for me is it is that since it is a windows OS, it seems to always have the need for updates in which some of these can take considerable time! Bottom line for me is that this Hp All-In-One is really a great computer and has a lot of speed and memory which IS upgradable to some degree as well. I like it very much and would recommend it to everyone looking for an "All-In-One"

The Screen is HUGE and perfect for reading house plans which I have to do daily for our business.

I didn't think that I would like a desk top. But I have enjoyed using the HP- Pavilion 27" touch-screen all-in-one. Its very easy to use.
