Quality PC, loaded with features, reasonable price

PC is loaded. 12gb of ram, 1TB HD, latest i7 from Intel and a beautiful 27" touch screen. A lot of bang for the buck. The only minor issue is the very low humming coming from the HD, I expected it to be unnoticeable considering it's advertised as having an SSD drive, in any case, a great computer at a reasonable price.

Enjoying the computer

The keyboard was bad from the beginning. I tried all the trouble shooting and nothing worked so I called tech support. I was on the phone for over 2 hours while they did all the trouble shooting I had already done. Then when they finally agreed to send me a new keyboard, they first wanted me to pack it all up and return the whole computer to get a working keyboard. Um no thanks, just ship me the working one. Other than that we are happy with all aspects of our computer.
