This all in one computer is a pretty good solution to having a desktop. Whats in the box: All in one machine, wireless mouse and keyboard, quick start guide. Use: Easy setup, mouse and keyboard work out of the box, start up guide is easy to follow. Computer is powerful enough for day to day usage (email, web browsing, watching videos etc.) This computer is not powerful enough to do any serious gaming on, but I'm guessing this isn't what you are buying this for. Looks: The whole setup looks very nice and has a good build quality and feel to it. Pros: Touch screen is very responsive and accurate. Speakers are excellent for this type of machine. Still a bit "tinny" but MUCH better than another all in one I have from a competing brand. Keyboard and mouse are responsive and feel nice to use. Cons: Screen isn't high enough resolution in comparison to the size. Since you sit fairly close to it, the resolution needs to be higher compared to a 27" TV. The text has some noticeable jaggedness to it and so do some of the icons. While not a big deal, the mouse and keyboard required a (included) dongle to plug into a usb port. The computer has built in bluetooth, why not use that and leave a USB port free? Overall this is a nice machine. Very little bloatware preinstalled. It did take a few hours to update windows after first turning on as there were many updates. Once that was completed the machine was back to full speed.

This All in One computer is incredible! The design is beautiful, it will certainly look great on anyone's desk. The screen looks clear and crisp with great color accuracy and precise touch sensitivity. If that isn't impressive enough, the speed of this computer is unlike anything I have experienced. The Intel Optane memory works seamlessly with the core i7 processor, 12 GB of RAM, and standard hard drive to create an insanely fast PC that seems to be capable of anything. HP has truly stepped up their game in the last few years and if you are looking for an iMac alternative that runs Windows, this is the only option you need to look at.

Has worked flawless since we got it in 2017, definitely reccomend this desktop for anyone who needs reliability

Love this computer. Got it from hubby for Christmas. It is fast and efficient. I love the size as I do work from home. It does make a slight humming sound when on, but nothing to be alarmed about. I,ve gotten use to it, otherwise excellent computer.

It was great product for the first few months but got very slow after that and we stopped using it.

This is the fastest computer I have owned, looks great like everything about it except where you turn it on. It is a little hard , if you want a computer that does it all this it.

First time I started it I got an error stating there was no operating system installed now I have had it just about a month and the hard drive failed and must be replaced HP's customer service is terrible. They will send a new drive but want me to pay to have it installed or I can send it thru the mail and hope it doesn't receive further damage.

If you're doing photography or image editing this is NOT the computer for you. The screen, icons, windows, movies, pictures, everything, is grainy and not sharp at all. The 27" screen size only offers limited resolution and at that size it looks terrible even on maximum resolution. The computer LOOKS amazing tho and feels great to the touch, but the image does not add up to the right combination for me. I immediately returned it to BestBuy. Maybe the smaller screens are better, but don't buy this without trying it out in the store first. You might be surprised how bad the display is. Really wanted to love it....
