It's the first time for me buying an open box anything. I always buy new. This time however, I took a chance being it was "Certified" and so far I have had no problems. All the items were there; keyboard, mouse, power chord and documentation. I haven't found any imperfections in/on the physical appearance. So, would I recommend buying an open box, I think I'd take a chance again but only if Certified. You should too. If you can find one, it's a money saver.

I am a senior citizen, this computer was so easy to set up and install...however I didnt transfer things over so I am having to set everything up like new...which for me is good..start fresh...I like the touch screen..I wish it came with a windows 10, but I'll get one...

It is really helpful for anatomy class and our you tube activity. A big step up

Colors on screen are awesome. Love that it comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse.

This was purchased for office use and screen is colourful and bright. Easy to use.

I love my new HP all in one. That said I was encouraged to buy the open box for a $200 + savings. I didn't know that it meant someone has used the machine, loaded software associated with their login, etc. precluding me from loading software with my product ids, or getting internet access due to IP conflicts. Should have been a plug and play, instead it was a plug and pay - endless hours of tech support from Norton, in particular. Two weeks to iron out all of the bugs.

We replaced a Gateway all-in-one with this HP. Excellent choice meeting our needs.

Can put all my programs on it and they run faster than they did on my other computer

I’ve had this desktop for a few weeks now and I’m very pleased with it. I purchased primarily for work and needed to have certain requirements met. The start up time is maybe five seconds and I’m even able to run chrome without my fan getting loud. I really like the feel of the keyboard and find it comfortable to type on. I think this a great purchase and will last me quite a few years.

I went to Best Buy for a new computer. I knew what I wanted - the brand, the capabilities, etc. The staff is always knowledgeable and familiar with their stock so the appropriate assistance and information was easily accessible and helpful in quickly identifying the unit to serve my needs.
