I really like this computer, and have not had any trouble with it. It took a little getting used to, but no problems encountered that I could not solve. One small concern is that the sound volume on the computer does not go up that loud. Even when I put it at 100 % volume for music, you can barely hear it from another room

I love the big screen. I’m getting used to it being a touch screen. I didn’t think I’d like it as much as it’s growing on me. The only thing I’m not happy about is the sound it makes. I can’t easily block it out by moving the tower cuz there is no tower! So I need music to drown it out. I’d mention this to anyone who asks.

I like the big screen and how the all in one save space.

got this computer for my wife, who is not a "techie," but took to it like a champ and is using it with no serious issues. She especially likes the 27" monitor, which is bright and has vivid colors. We feel like we made an excellent choice, with no reservations.

My last computer was destroyed by power surges. I searched online prior to purchasing a new computer. The screen clarity is very clear. I also prefer an all-in-one setup to save on space. This HP fits the bill. No problems so far and was very easy to setup!

Set-up and everything was easy. The only problem I've had so far is the DVD door will not shut. It was closed when I received it, but when I opened it to program a back-up DVD, it kept popping open. Even after I removed the DVD, the door remains open. I have no idea whether that's a common problem or not.

I did not need a new computer, but my husband needed a new system, so I gave him mine and bought a new Hp which I have enjoyed as the 27" screen is so much bigger and so much easier for me to see my work. It is sleek and beautiful also which is a plus.

I went in to get a new desktop, they had 5 options. After some research I found out that desktops are going away and ALL IN ONE's are what you can get now. Less space and just as good. I love it!

Upgraded from a Windows 7, circa 2008 system so this was quite a change! I've had it a few weeks and so far so great! Windows 10 is a bit challenging at times and not quite sure about the dvd drive functioning correctly. Other than that, it's awesome!

I bought this to replace an old hp desktop. Technology has come very far. It’s an incredible computer. The salesman kept trying to tell me I didn’t need this much of a computer for what I used it for. I didn’t care. This thing is worth every penny.

This computer is the greatest.The service to get it set up was just fantastic also.In fact it was so good I add a better key board,a better mouse,and a new copy machine.Because I was going to buy this anyway,I wanted these guys to set it up.

My wife is a professor who conducts on-line classes. This was an excellent choice for her needs both on-line and off.

it is ok not my favorite hp and I love hp computers a bit hard to work and I understand but we hanging in there when we get home i will be able to see if it is ok do not like the keyboard would love to hook up my kind that helps my wrist but have no idea how to do it on this one

Best looking computer with great design. Color chassis and texture of unit. Computer is fast, easy to operate, has plenty of speed and storage. HP has always provided the best quality and features in their computer products.

I am grateful with the purchase, and the computer have been performing at it's best, and I would not hesitate to refer it to my numerous friends that want to get a good and cutting-edge computer. Best buy is on top. Thanks Peter Ogbe

It was great I was looking for something that I need it to fit in a tight spot on a desk in my office, and it worked perfect no tower just the monitor keyboard and mouse it’s a great space saver, and I love HP products anyway

Of course, this is mostly because it was a change from using laptops, mainly, but this computer has really amped up my productivity, based on its power and size. I've been much more productive since purchasing this.

I’ve been using this for 19 months now and it is great. Had it on a desk, kitchen counter, and garage too. All in one, all wireless, really functional and mobile. I’d definitely get another.
