This computer is working good. Not as good as my last.

So different experience then lap top or tower. Yes

Does everything I wanted and needed but kind of pricey

the cameras work well. i feel much safer and comfortable

it iis ok has a great screen but my old hp keyboard that is great for a wrist problem h I can not find anywhere to plug it in and this keyboard hurts my wrist it is also hard to find things and has only a few free games on it

I bought the "all inclusive" package. So I received the mouse and keyboard with the computer. While I love the computer, I had to purchase a separate keyboard AND mouse.

Is HP computer has no sound it doesn’t power down has many problems and the geek squad can’t seem to take care of it they delivered it to me with dead batteries in the mouse and knew that it didn’t work I had to call to the geek squad and put in my own new batteries to make it work just a Bad Deal !!!

...and then it became a slow mess. It used to save all my log ins and passwords and now they are all gone and I have to enter them every time. It used to turn right on and now it takes its own sweet time. I think I am going to return it if I still can.

I noticed the speaker is crackling after getting it home ,after the sales person proclaimed it of the best sold today ! Delays with screen changes and blast of different colors on the screen can be described only as almost blinding , very dissatisfied ! . I thought the extra package purchased was supposed have a tech come to the house for any repairs , not TRUE more LIES,I now have to pack the computer up and bring it back to get repaired and be with out a computer yet again !!!!!!. I thought buying a new computer would keep me from this .my wife and I spent several hours of our time with your knowledge filled sales person only to end up wright where we started

If you are rich and looking for a great desktop art piece then this is for you. If, on the other hand, you are looking for a computer then take this off your list. My Windows Vista desktop boots faster and processes quicker than this paperweight. I have two laptops running Windows 10 that are also at least twice as fast as this desktop computer. I have had this for almost two weeks now and all updates have been installed. I am just glad I only copied files over to this computer because unless I have 10mins to get online and/or another 10mins to search for files and/or another 10 mins to print I can do all of that in just seconds on my old Vista system.

Terrible. Bought this computer and within 4 months it started getting a blue screen and eventually stopped working completely. Most likely the problem is with the mother board. What’s worse is that the protection plan that we thought we purchased for the computer was actually a plan for the printer we bought along with it. But the cashier made it seem like the plan was for the computer. So now we have to come out of pocket for a new mother board which is over $300. I would not recommend this.

I use this desktop computer only to study and is very slow. When I turn on the computer I need to wait a lot to open a webpage. I dont like this computer, I regret to ever by this.

this computer froze by itself and i have not downloaded anything in it. i am just using websites and sometimes it froze and not moving at all it takes 2-5min to start moving again.

Slowest computer ever. Nice design but outrageously poor performance. I wish I had returned it sooner.

Computer runs slow like a 70's computer. Startup takes forever or sometimes not at all. I had to return the first one because couldn't get it started. Replacement not much better. Supposed to be a fast computer but slow as a turtle. Coonstantly besieged by HP advertisement partners. I had high hopes for this but Best Buy not particularly helpful either. I'll never buy from HP or Dell again thru Best Buy. Next time, it's a MAC but not from Best Buy.

I bought this computer because I was told in the store that I could edit photos in Photoshop and Lightroom, The computer was working fine eight months ago, now I’m stuck with a computer that keeps freezing, I eliminated some of the pictures that already has saved in the computer to see if that was the problem it’s a horrible slow slow slow computer.

I paid $800.00 dlls for an open box hp pavilion that wasn’t working. My bad Because this was the fourth computer that I bought from Best Buy and I had problems with 3 of them. The hp pavilion wasn’t working. I want to give a chance to a brand new one because my daughter has the same and she love it. My review is for an open box not for a brand new.
