I made this purchase and was extremely excited about it until under 1 month of owning it and literally being used 4 times the entire hard drive has failed and is now just a black screen on my desk. Don’t buy this model look for a better model because when it worked it was great.

Completes all the basic tasks. That is all I needed.

The computer humms. Very irritating. They gave me another one and it hummed too

What's the point of spending so much money on something that cannot be fixed , Touch screen assembly panel nowhere to be found in the US and its starting cost is around 800 That's not included shipping from overseas

FIRST TIME PURCHASED THIE 3 IN ONE COMPUTER. LIKE IT A LOT

Would not purchase an all in one unit again .... the computer failed and therefore I had to replace the complete system ... cpu, display, camera and speakers. Took 3 months to get this resolved !!!!!

Computer came with no mouse or key board!!!! order was an open box from best buy. been on hold for over an hour!!! still no customer service

Doesnt do what I bought it to do and I don't want to spend days fixing it. Its going in the trash

Quick set-up. Great picture quality. A bit slow on booting up but I have plenty of time. I have always purchased Dell desktops, but wanted something with less clutter on my desk so we decided on this All-In-One from HP. After 2 months, we are very satisfied with the purchase.

I have bought several computers through the years and this is by far the best I have ever bought. I had Best Buy do the setup, updates and fixed it so I didn't have to put in a password on startup for $45.00. I really don't use the finger scrolling but it's fast, the monitor part is brilliant and the sound is pretty good as well. It was worth every penny!

I needed to replace a HP 23" all-in-one 2012 model - I've always bought HPs because that's all I use when working and they are very reliable. I've been putting off buying a new computer because I had Windows 7 which was so easy to use and I thought Windows 10 was a nightmare but it isn't - it's got that bottom search bar that I love.....HP is a workhorse for getting stuff done! I transferred all my stuff from previous computer myself and loaded Microsoft Office and I'm just loving this computer - the 27" is so nice - when I saw this I just had to have it - and calling Best Buy.com the people are great and give you a price comparison vs. the store who won't do that - not at the store that I went to in Vallejo - that manager sucked - he wouldn't price match so I called customer service and they did! Much nicer! I'm soooooooooo happy with this computer - it looks sleek and updated - thanks Best Buy.com!

Hate the power button , very difficult. Also difficult using the usb ports. That is basically why I didn't give this computer 5 stars. Don't like where the CD/DVD goes, hard to open. This is an All In One so I guess that is to be expected. A tad slow on startup and shut down in my opinion. I am sure that can be remedied somewhat. Love the 27" screen, will never go back to smaller screen. Not using mouse or keyboard that came with it , prefer my previous ones. Not used to windows 10 but doesn't seem to be difficult at all. Al in all I would recommend this computer to others.

I bought this computer to replace another HP touch screen I owned. SO far I have been pleased but here is my main problem. The keyboard that comes with the computer gives you dual functionality of the F keys. Normally you press the F1 key and a help screen would pop up On this keyboard you press the F1 key and it mutes/un-mutes the sound. I have just spend 4 hours on the phone with HP tech support to be told that this keyboard is one that they use on laptops, and they have a setting in the BIOS of laptops that would turn off this "hot key" feature and allow the F1 key to act as an F1 key is supposed to work. The problem is this is not a laptop and the BIOS for the desktop does not have the ability to turn off the hot keys. So if you are looking to purchase this computer and want to use the keyboard like you are used to, then you will have to buy an aftermarket keyboard. I use this computer mainly for business, and that is why I have given it such a mediocre review. It does seem a little sluggish at times, but overall it seems to be a good computer

I often see this one in offices however This computer was purchased for me by my cousin it has an extra large screen an On screen touch capabilities I've had this unit for quite some time now am quite pleased. It has proven to be an excellent purchase. Hurry up and go get you one you won't be disappointed I promise you

I rarely use this because it was so slow. Couple of weeks ago I went to turn it on because I really do need it and it just won't work. I sign in and I get a black screen. Don't waste your money

My all-in-one is 2 years old. The hdmi, ethernet and usb connections are not in a friendly place. The touch screen has been used about 5 times and doesn't work any more. The dvd rom is cheaply built. I do not recommend this computer.
