Even the product is expensive (1,200) I assumed it would be a great buy because of the brand, not the case. Since day one I had constant crashes, my bad I did not send it to warranty, I was extremely busy at school. The big crash occurred right after the warranty was due, since then constant blue screens and issues turning the pc back on. Now reliable at all.

It's not cheap computer and the keybord doesn't work.
Sucks product. Called HP . They told me, I have to buy new keybord. I did buy all the computer one day ago ?????????????
