1st PC crashed but the 2nd(replacement) one works just fine...Webroot virus protection from Best Buy, works better Xfinity (Norton) now all is working well!

This computer is satisfactory for me except for the following two items: 1) The keyboard which accompanied the computer had an unconventional numbers pad which lead to errors with nearly every entry. As a result I bought a new keyboard to replace the original. 2) The computer did not come with email and I had to buy Microsoft Office just to have Outlook. $1000 of IT support and Outlook is still not running dependably on the computer. I have had to abandon Outlook and now use Mozilla's Thunderbird which is satisfactory but I am not too thrilled with.

Happy with our first AIO computer. Solid deal versus similar Apple products. About the only complaint so far is the average sound quality. Guess we were expecting more with the B&O branding

The computer operated just fine, but the design was not good. The USB ports are on the back of the machine and under the screen. One must turn the computer around or lift it up to access these ports. This is a large, heavy machine, making either solution difficult. And after five phone calls to HP, they finally admitted, contrary to the written directions, that the only way to turn off the keyboard was to pop the battery. I returned the computer.

Purchased an all in one computer for my office. Loved it. When my home computer bellied up, I purchased this one. Not cheap but does a great job.

The material used and overall appearance wasn't pleasing to me and so was the repeated errors that kept popping up. I didn't expect a new, higher end and the best configuration of windows and intel available in the market to keep popping errors. Then I had sit back and think why would this product be priced 400$ cheaper than any other brand. If you can put in 1200$ for this, then just wait a few months and add another 400$ to get a better one.

I bought this for my wife. She loves the big screen. She splits it so it is basically 2 screens in one. Handles all of her spreadsheets etc...

I had an all in one computer in the past and was very pleased with its performance. When it was time to upgrade I selected another all in one.

Went in to purchase a smaller cheaper all in one and was recommended this one ... Really glad we too the salesmanship advice what a great computer

Really like my new HP 27" Touchscreen all in one. Had an older touchscreen but it was Vista based. Had to upgrade. Stayed with tried and true.

As an all in one it saves space and limits the number of wires needed. the large screen is excellent and I have had no issues with the computer; all good and I would rec to my friends.

Would be excellent if not for.....On button difficult to access easily... The usb port cant be accesed without actually raising the monitor..same for other ports on bottom of monitor

This all-in-one computer has everything I was looking for, in a nice compact package, including an SD Card Reader! So far, we Love It!

I'm giving this purchase 4 stars instead of 5 because we purchased it open-box and it was missing the wireless keyboard despite it saying that it had all of the pieces.

I've always had HP computers and have had good luck. Only negative is the keyboard is a lot smaller and had to purchase larger one.

Awesome purchase. The only problem I can find is that the bass response from the speakers is not that good but sounds good overall.

The entire experience at bestbuy was excellent to include the setup installation. My salesman and geek squad installer were wonderful.

The pc turns on when I power it up. I can connect to the internet with it and I can do whatever I need to do with a pc. It works.

I love the 27" monitor and the I7 processor. I use it primarily for school work and it has everything I need. Very SMART computer!
