    Difficult to navigate and your over the phone tech support is no help at all for anyone who is not already proficient with computers. When you migrated files from our old computer to this one you have some of my husbands files on my side and vice versa and things are missing that should be here. It is impossible to get help from anyone over the phone after being put on hold and transferred 2 or 3 different times, being disconnected and having to call back and go thru the process all over again, and then you get someone that doesn't speak clear English. Whole experience very frustrating. The only good thing I can say is about Geek Squad Valarie Magill who came out to help us 3 times over a period of 3 weeks to help resolve issues. Your customer service/scheduling/tech support over the phone is the worst! Add to that - there is no way to ever talk to or complain to store manager. Definitely not a good experience. Add to that you don't even spell my name properly when addressing me - very insulting and aggravating.
