Terrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didn't have the computer 30 days and the hard drive crashed and I have a to go with a rebuilt computer instead of being able to return it for a new computer. Poor customer service for Best Buy and HP. Spent almost 2,000 on product should not have issues in that amount of time.
