I am so upset with HP in general. Today when I started my PC I got a BOOT DEVICE NOT FOUND Blue Screen so I contacted HP for help but sadly for me, my WARRANTY EXPIRED TODAY AND NO ONE WILL TALK TO ME. I searched through help forums for hours today and it looks like I am going to be paying for a new hard drive. I think I will be buying an Apple Computer instead.

It worked for 1 month 2 days, Now, I'm recovering the model. it was the //model before this one. Purchased 7/2/2016, my prior touch mart is still working, put in a new hard drive 2 years ago. I gave this to a friend. I now had to recover this one. If you purchase HP. I would recommend getting the warranty. I pasted the 15 days. I now have to reload all my programs. I'm hoping there isn't any major issues now. Or a lot of money down the drain.

    Stopped working

I was looking to upgrade from my 7 year old iMac that was becoming outdated and decided to go back and try a PC. I liked the All in One look of the system and the resolution of the 27" screen far surpassed what I had on my old iMac. Setting it up was very easy. The wireless keyboards and mouse synced right up, I quickly connected to my older wireless printer, and even got my son's wireless Xbox controller. The speed was great for my son's online gaming and my daughter found the touchscreen pretty helpful on some of her projects. My only complaints were minor - the locations of the USB ports (on the bottom) and the keyboard number pad - the 0 is usually wide and if you're used to typing numbers quickly on the number pad this layout messes that up. Then it completely stopped working a little over a month from when I purchased it. No warning, it just wouldn't turn on anymore. Fortunately it broke while still under warranty, and hopefully I'll have a working machine in 3 weeks. But as I type this review on my old iMac while my month old HP is now an expensive paperweight, its small consolation. I'm not sure how HP can make me feel good about this purchase, but we'll see.

I bought this computer to replace an HP Pavilion tower computer that served me well for 8 years until it gave up the ghost. I expected this state of the art model to be a screamer, but it barely crawls along, taking almost a minute to boot simple programs, like Firefox and Word! Frankly I expected much more from this "performance" computer. Mind you I'm not using it for anything power intensive. Simply browsing the internet is painfully slow...slower than my old computer. I'm considering returning it and getting a Mac.

    WILL NOT UPDATE WINDOWS

Returned this computer 3 times. Windows will not update because of an issue with encryption. Geek Squad has no idea what the issue was or how to fix it. Stay Away from this mode. We get the blue screen of death when we try to install windows right out of the box.

No easy way to mount this on a wall. HP is useless. Why would they make it so difficult to mount on the wall?
