My computer died so I ran over to Best Buy asap. I use my computer for work and could not afford to go without one for any length of time. The computer was on sale for a great price and the salesman told me it would do I wanted and needed for my work. Salesman was very thorough in his pitch and so far so good.

This is a great basic computer for home use at an excellent price. Easily allows use of several programs at once but does slow operation down just a bit when too many things are open. For the price this computer is just what I needed to use for email, couponing and basic office file creation and viewing.

I wanted something inexpensive with a lot of memory and no delays. This is working well for my small business needs.

Bought this because my pc was outdated and needed more room. The HP is very light weight and easy to hook up and install.

I needed something within this price range and in a hurry at the time, so, instead of taking the time to put mine in for repairs, i just went ahead and picked up this cheap one. It is OK, I guess. The keyboard was really cheapo and the mouse is not much better, so I am still using the old ones I had. I definitely do not like the CD port. It is vertical instead of a horizontal tray and it is hard to get the CDs to stick on the center. Also, that entire mechanism appears to be very flimsy plastic. I think I will eventually get a new hard drive for the old one and store this one for a future breakdown/emergency or some secondary usage. I will check the box yes for recommending this to a friend, but I would certainly fill them in on it's weak points first. It would depend on what a friend was looking for and expected from the device.

Decent out of the box but I wanted the expand-ability to add a second HDD, a dual monitor supporting video card and maybe up the RAM someday. Couldn't do any of this with this machine. Decent price but I ended up returning it.

Very pleased with my purchase of the HP computer. It's small and doesn't take up much room and light to move around.

Had to update my desktop. This one works great. Much faster and has windows 10.

Had it up and running in no time. Running quickbooks and a lot of web based commerce. Perfect for what I needed

Great replacement tower. HP is always a good bet! Extremely quiet, a lot less heat generated, This product was recommend to me by my IT guy...he swears by this product and considers it to be a great value. I think it is also a great value. I highly recommend this product for a basic computer!

Purchased this computer as a Christmas present for a 70+ yr old. it works much faster than her old one and is able to keep up with her multitasking and occasional online soap opera streaming just fine. the windows operation change has been a bit of a hurdle but otherwise a fine computer.

The tower was easy start up and Windows 10 works great. Has a lot of memory to store our pictures and music.

I was in the market for a new desktop as my old one crashed. The woman at the store was very helpful in pointing out the different capabilities of the different models. I was looking for something with the storage space and the speed to download and play movies without having any "hiccups". With this version I have had NO complaints whatsoever. The high speed and all the other capabilities of this computer has kept me very happy. Would definitely recommend.

Love its features. Works fast and much better than my old Vista computer.
