My dad needed a decent computer for his shop. This one had all the options he was looking for. Good basic computer with out all the bells and whistles price was right.

My HP Pavilion, Amd A-8 series fulfills the needs that I have for a desktop computer. There is plenty of room for storage of documents and pictures.. All programs are working well. It is taking a little adjustment to get used to the keyboard which is smaller and to the spacing of some keys.

I am most pleased with my new HP desktop computer. I will be even more happy when I fully understand Windows 10 which I am slowing learning to do. This is a good product at a good price.

I don't like the fact that it does not have an internal power supply and I am unable to put a second hard drive in the case.

Not a great user of computers; still "learning"; was easy to set up at home--after store reps did initial setup. Haven't used enough yet to give a really complete review.

Gets the job done. Purchased this for my in-laws. Was purchased for basic email, web surfing, picture viewing and social media. Has been operating better than expected. No issues. The quality of the unit is impressive. The speed of the processor is sufficient. Overall quality unit.

Great system for the price paid! No issues so far and works great. I am not a high end user like gaming and such so I cannot vouch that the system is good for gamers. Only issue I have is that HP keeps wanting to load a new BIOS, that when loaded, is not compatible with the PC.

I have simple computer needs and needed something inexpensive, reliable and not too many bells and whistles. I am very comfortable and happy using this computer.

I am not on the computer a lot but it was fairly easy to set up and it has been working fine thus far with no issues at all. I think it was a good buy for the money.

This is an excellent computer for light tasks. Excellent for e-mail, internet browsing but do not expect to use it for editing videos and graphic intensive stuff.

We were looking for a second computer in our house since we have a great laptop as our primary computer. This unit works just like wanted and the price was amazing.

This is a good computer for those that are not doing extreme gaming. It is fast enough most of the time for my simple games, internet browsing, reading email, ...

My 8 year old HP computer quit. I was pleased with that computer so I wanted to buy another HP. The price was right for home use. I was going to buy a more compact computer, but the sales person directed me to this computer with more memory. This computer is what I needed.

This desktop has everything necessary for my aunts. Unless you are playing game or rendering videos, this is the one you would go with. Since the purchase, she doesn't have any complaint. But for college students, I would recommend some model with ssd instead of hard disk drive.

This product was bundled with a LED monitor as a Back to School season promotion. This is a above the par spec with a price (as of the time of promotion) of a cheap desktop. I bought this desktop as the customer service of HP is more superb than other manufacturers like ASUS.

this is my second HP and look forward to it lasting as long or longer than my first(7 yrs) plus at the price I got a new pc and faster for less than I paid for the first pc,

Bought this for my mom (78) so she could do some online banking and play games. Has decent games that she really enjoys. She isn't very computer literate, but she thinks she knows everything. She's struggling with Windows 10 and I'm about to make the 3 hour drive out to her house to help her out (again). The problem is with her, not the computer. Basically I'd recommend this as an entry level pc for someone that wants to get online, do some typical functions like word processing, download some stuff (good size hard drive), but isn't trying to be a serious gamer.

My ten year old PC finally quit. I was looking for a low cost - basic PC. This exceeded the minimum requirements and the price was less than I expected.

Because I was in a hurry to buy a computer, I did not check all the features on this one, and after getting home discovered it does not have as many USB ports on the back as my old computer. Also, the CD holder is not as easy to use as the one on my old computer. Other than those minor things, I am satisfied with this one, and am learning to like Windows 10 (old one had Vista.)

This is the perfect computer for home use - school work, gaming and internet use.
