Over the years, I have purchased all/only HP products from Best Buy. Never disappointed with the HP: products and love my new HP Windows 10 tower. I also always buy the Geek Squad protection plan(s). Kudo's to Best Buy

I bought the HP Pavilion desktop to replace my Dell desktop because my hard drive had crashed. I was able to purchase a new, faster, and with double the storage for just $100 more than it would've cost to repair the Dell PC

NO PROBLEM W/ BEST BUY'S END OF THIS DEAL. GOOD PRICE & FAST SHIPPING. HAVEN'T HAD ANY REAL PROBLEMS WITH THE HP TOWER.

Windows 10 is harder to get used to than Windows 7. Some features are great, though getting used to them will take a while.

Just needed a basic computer for work and it works fine

The HP Pavilion is a good basic computer. Set up was easy and took less than 30 minutes. Performs quickly and flawlessly.

For the price, the computer is a good buy. However, the keyboard takes getting used to and the mouse likes to "act up".

Used this computer for an employee that had issues with her old computer. This one was very quick! Had no issues and she has been using it for awhile. HP makes good desktops and I would recommend if you are on a budget.

This is a great computer, very fast and has a lot to offer. We had to upgrade our accounting program and needed a newer computer. This one has worked out really great.

I purchased this computer based on price and how much memory it came with, but did not pay much attention to the processor. Bad mistake! AMD compared to an Intel is night and day. This computer took 20+ minutes to start for the first time, then failed the Microsoft windows 10 install, so I had to push the power button to restart it. Once that was installed, it was soooo slow. I returned it the next day and got an Acer (the brand of computer I had before) on prime day. My advice is pay a little more for the better processor and more memory and stroage, its so worth it. You get what you pay for!

I like the fast processing, it has a lot of storage space, and I like Windows10!

i don't like windows 10 it is better than windows 8 if my xp windows had not quit i would never have bought this.

Really easy setup love it over all got a great deal on it mouse and keyboard are not that great but there bonus items

I bought it on sale to use for work. The computer is fast. I can open and work on multiple large files at once.

My new HP Pavilion is a fantastic machine. I love the integration of the AMD processor and Radeon graphics.It was even better than I anticipated because it was on sale. An unbelievable upgrade from my old XP machine.

Our 6-yr old HP Pavilion computer recently failed (would no longer boot up). Reading reviews of several possible choices led me to purchase a Model: 510-a010 HP Pavilion desktop computer. It is very comparable to our previous Pavilion. The new one is smaller, lighter weight, and appears to be simpler internally, but has essentially the same features. I would recommend it for typical home business, web browsing, etc. I believe the price is good for a "good" computer.
