Not impressed with Windows 10

I had no problems with Windows 8 and 8.1 but with 10 I have regular frozen screens and more often than not have to shut down and restart. I had to buy this product on the spur of the moment and didn't have time to check out other products.

Great pc for the price

Small Issues

The Geek Squad Support Unit has corrected it tow times. Have not called back as of yet have not called back. They will probable want me to bring it in and it is used 10 hours a day and just can't turn it lose.
