I needed a new computer as my old one had crashed. I went to the Best Buy store and the salesperson was very knowledgeable, and helped me pick this computer to fit my budget. The tutorials embedded in this computer about Windows 10( I was new to 10) had 7 before have been so helpful. I love this computer.

It is very different from my last computer and I am loving getting to know this new one. The one thing I did not like was so many things I had to pay for after the free trial.

Like the freezer bottom drawer, holds more than previous unit but the dimensions as previous frig. Having two ice makers is great, the one in the door works well for drink cups and the bin in the freezer is great for parties and coolers. The unit is well lit, and the shelves are easy to move around.

My laptop was locked while on vacation and I needed a backup device. This did the trick and I was able to use my laptop, but I did need The Geek Squad to help reset password.

enough of the things I need to play at home. just don't like the changes windows 10 keeps making, I am not that good on computers.

Upgrade to Windows 10 from Vista was primary reason to buy tower. Plenty of software upgrades from my previous Dell XPS. Consider myself satisfied with purchase and price.

very nice...For what I am using it for....If I was a gamer it might be to slow....But just to check my email and to get on the internet it is very well suited for that....

I just wanted an inexpensive desktop with certain features and this fit my needs. Not a fan of Windows 10 but that's just me.

The computer is not bad for the cost. We only use it to stream movie over the web though. The buzzing sound is a little loud if there is not noise of any kind around.

Seems like a decent everyday computer that was surprisingly lightweight for a tower unit. So far has met my expectations for price and everyday computing.

On several occasions, this model desktop PC would not boot up after I logged on. It would require several reboot attempts before I could see my desktop.

P/C seems OK but had I known how much I was going to dislike windows 10 this thing would still be on the shelf

After some start-up problems I am satisfied. The main problem was when data was transferred from my old computer to the new I lost folders that I had e mails saved on my computer. Geek Squad tried to find them with no success. This has/will cause me some problems.

my old computer died, This was equal to it, but newer model. Not happy, but had to be done. Windows 10 not compatible with several of my older programs.

Computer was what I expected, however, the sales staff was unprofessional, uninformed, and not well-managed. I will not buy from Best Buy in the future.

This PC is great for basic office work. I wouldn't recommend it for anything more than web surfing and light office documents. It's not that powerful.

Got it home and set it up without difficulty It has a great picture and a crisp sound which I appreciate because photography and music are my interests

I needed a computer for word processing and programs that do not need excessive speed or memory; do not do any gaming with it. This one fit the bill.

Small footprint desktop, that both my wife and I can use for different purposes. Not quite right for newest games, but very good for everyday uses.

So far so good.but word should come already program on all models.keep the games!!! Give me something worth using!!! Other then that. It's great!!!
