Love the Windows 10 new to me, but the cpu is a bit slow, you may want faster processing speed. Good price.

I think the system does not react as fast as my old computer. We also installed a faster modem and I always have to wait to go to the next screen.

Good computer for the price. Don't really like the CD drive, but the computer as an entire unit if good.

I really liked the computer. I only needed a computer for paying bills, buying on line but not for work related stuff so it really works for me.

On a normal day it takes roughly 10 minutes to boot up, if it will boot on first try which is rare. When you try to open an application the little windows dots spin and spin for what seems like ages until the app opens. Once the app opens the system will crash if you try to do more than one function at a time. All of the system checks say that everything is operating normal. This is an absolute piece of junk.

It works, my internet is slow. I can do everything I need to do on it.

Never bought an hp computer before. Thought I'd try it. Will never buy another one! It started to freeze up. Tried to restart it. Took 20 minutes to load home screen. Another thirty minutes to get settings loaded then nothing. Couldn't even turn it off. Had to unplug it. Happened over and over again. So I returned it. Spent $200 more on a dell and no problems. Had never bought a desktop I had problems with before.

I needed a basic computer. I mostly surf the web and do online banking etc. I've had it for a few months now and I am very happy with it.

This PC tower works very nicely with my HP Offfce Jet. Along with the new windows 10 software I can get more done and have less computer crashes. Having Geek Squad has been a great experience because they have kept my computers healthy.

This HP desktop is powerful enough for my business needs and does not have of extra features that would go unused. It is a good value.

I wanted a new computer to operate faster & in case my current computer (which is old) crashes.

Bought at a good price. comes preloaded with some good programs. Only complaint is that it is not as fast as I would expect a new computer to be and lags a good amount. Installed chrome and it runs much quicker than edge! otherwise a good machine for home. I dont recommend for gaming or streaming or anything that deals with huge amounts of data.

I like the item I purchased; however, I was unable to move my old files to the new PC purchased without paying for the service.

This computer is a replacement for a desktop computer that finally crashed and burned! It was an open box purchase and it is perfect for our use. The customer service was excellent and it was not a painful visit at all! Love Best Buy!

I don't care for laptops. I need larger screens and don't need a ton of memory. I know this is a laptop in a desktop case but cheaper and works well with my monitor and printer. I am retired and works well for my needs,

Opening it up, I think it is a laptop insides in a desktop. It has no expansion ability. But it works just fine for my needs.

The internet is fast enough. Has a lot of options that my old computer did not have. So far it has been a smooth transition.

I am not a power user. Seems to work as expected. Still trying to get use to Windows 10.

I bought this for my wife as an upgrade for an overworked WIN7 device. All of her programs (apps) ported and worked perfectly. I knew it had wireless capabilities but was pleasantly surprised that it also supported the 5GHz band.
