My father is not exactly tech savy and needed a new computer to do basic computer needs. This is a huge upgrade from his PC that he had from 10 years ago and does everything he needs. Recommended for those who do not need much.

This is being used in a small library and works very well. Start up time is short and runs the programs without a problem.

This unit serve my needs. I rated it a four-star because the unit is a little slow but it does the job I need it to do

I am very pleased with my new computer which I recently purchased from Best Buy. One of ny sons in NC recommended that I went to Best Buy close to my home in WV. I took his advice without even checking with other stores.

Has everything we need for our computing! The preloaded trial subscription virus protection seemed to slow it down.

Has the required space, but even with added RAM, still runs slower than promised

We had to get a new computer to do our taxes. Ours was so old it wouldn't support turbo tax . The sales rep was so helpful. He really listened to what we wanted. It didnt take long and we were on our way.

This computer has lived up to every expectation we had when we purchased it. We are new to Windows 10 but have learned to handle that as well. Over all no complaints or regrets with this purchased.

It's a good computer. However, I wish it had a regular power cord instead of an external power supply.
