This was an unexpected purchase as our home computer died. This computer received great reviews, and we can't wait to start using.

Not that I expected a gaming machine for the price but I was surprised that so many tasks required patience to complete. Probably the perfect machine for the young elementary student or senior just getting into computing who won't have high expectations.

Purchased my new HP computer 23es, very pleased with my sales person answered all my questions gave good advice on my upgrade.

Great computer for my day to day needs. Quiet. Still has the features I like. Like a cd/dvd drive and 2 USB ports on the front.

I am happy with the purchase. I would do it again.

My pc worked just as I imagined playing music . I have a rather extensive music collection and it works just fine for that.

this was a replacement computer for my old out dated one. the guys moved my files from old to new computer that I was happy about

shortly after buying the motherboard had went out and it was gone for 6 weeks to get fixed that sucked. hopefully it has all the good stuff still in it being i dont know what to look for even if i tried looking inside

My computer is sometimes slower than I would like but it may not be the computer, it may be the provider. I am happy with it.

Bought this unit as a beginning gaming unit for my 17year old and It works beyond my expectations. Great and fast downloads.

Had good help from a clerk. He listened well to what we needed and didn't try selling us something we didn't need.

very easy navigation and easy to understand. Skilled help when needed from Microsoft 365 employees. Very satisfied.

No bells and whistles here, but I have not had any problems. If making a recommendation though, I would say spend a few more bucks and get something with more memory. Also, Comes with wired keyboard and mouse..who uses wires anymore?

My customers old PC died and she needed something in a hurry. The real hero was the computer guy (me) that was able to move the data from the old machine to the new one. I got her all set and she was back in business in a couple of hours.

My wife is enjoying her new tower. We only purchased the tower as we had already upgraded keyboard and monitor.

this computer was a bit to learn from my old one but im working my way through.took some getting used to.
