Disgusted, disappointed and totally over this brand. My brand new computer crashed shortly after the time period in which returns are accepted. I spent weeks on the phone with support in India, had to ship my computer back to the manufacturer, and wait for it to be returned to me. Weeks. Brand new. I will never buy this brand again. The entire experience was horrible!

This computer was bought by my father who loves it.

I don't know about this computer yet . It had a flutter problem and I took it in to have it check it out and they sent it out to get fixed.

I hate windows 10, worst operating system on the market. Change the OS then it would be great...

Very poor k board and mouse. Windows 10 does not function consistently. Mcaffe virus product was not installable until time warner handed off the install to the mcaffe resue squad, HP software for printer verification is a constant slow down in production-total tom foolery software from HP--this is last HP product I will ever purchase.

although the memory is for CD's the CD player is cheap at best, wont come all the way out, but still does the job for the money

Bought this because my 5 year old was slowing down. Essentially the same thing as what I had but "faster" processor. Turns out it isn't any faster. The Microsoft browser Edge doesn't work right at all and after a half hour with HP techs, they say it's Microsoft's issue. Microsoft knew about this problem over 2 years ago and they are putting junk in their systems. Just very disappointed overall.

This is a bland new computer, but I got a graphic card problem already. My monitor turn to the Green color only.

windows 10 is awful. Microsoft has deliberately forced it into the market, by making previous OS's obsolete, which is plagued with faults. Any assistance you need it simply directs you online to 'other' unfortunate operators seeking advice to correct problems,and consumers are left with limited usage.
