Very cheap feeling product. Product runs extremely slow. Had to purchase all additional software.

Purchased this desktop in the store. Took it home & set it up w/o problems However the computer was way too slow - even lower than the older version of computer that it was replacing. Took it back in 24 hours & exchanged it for a Dell Desktop that I am very happy with

I purchased this desktop to replace a 9 year old eMachine that had started to run slowly & possibly had a virus. I read the reviews, and most were favorable. This computer is the slowest one I have ever owned. I often give up waiting on things to load & just shut it down. My iPhone & ipad work so much faster. I absolutely regret buying this system.

I expected to get much better performance with the AMD processor and 8 gig of ram . It is slower than my 5 year old desk top with 4 gig of ram. I wanted to return it but with such a short return policy 15 days best buy wouldn't allow me to trade up. Awful experience I want return it and buy a better desk top. I will shop somewhere else next time!!!

Did not have high expectations to start and was still disappointed. Sluggish performance.

i had this computer for 24 hours. all seemed well until I completed all Windows Updates. Got a blue screen of death just sitting idle shortly after. Tried all recovery options and they failed. Took back to store for a full refund and got a Lenovo which has been fine. Choices unfortunately not what they were 10 years ago in this category.

My hard drive was defective when i bought the computer

This desktop is too loud. There is a very irritating hum being emitted from it.

Called HP for assistance and got India. The girl in broken English said I just have to wait for the pages to load. Web pages were taking more than 1 minute to load. Offered 2nd level help for a fee. I declined. This was the slowest computer I have ever owned. I took it back to the store for a refund. No more HP for me.

Everything takes forever with this computer, even actions as simple as opening the start menu. I've tried everything, including fresh reinstall of windows and it is slow from the start. Replacing it after only a couple of years as it has become unbearable.

If your doing just basic everyday web browsing and thinks like that it is o.k. We didn't like that it was an AMD processor which wasn't compatible for what we were trying to do. We returned this and built our own computer. We paid $1300 in the end but it was much better. You get what you pay for.

Take the time to read the lower rated reviews before you buy. They explain the actual problems. I read reviews but decided they were probably the people who maybe weren't computer savvy etc. This is a quirky underpowered problem of a computer with great specs for the money. Will try to return this.

When trying to use programs like remote desktop it took too long.

I have been working with computers for 10 years now and I know how to properly assemble a computer - this computer would not even turn on. I am not sure if it was just a dud that I got but I returned this computer and got a totally different computer, different brand....

Bought this on sale and had trouble from day one. It is loud in running. And the plug in is just like a laptop adaptor. Took it back and upgraded to a much better one HP. This is just like buying a laptop in a box. It was not worth even the sales price.

The DVD/CD player is Vertical so that makes it very hard to put the dvd/cd disk into it and its made very flimsy, you need to be VERY Careful with it or it going to break and also you have No Light telling you that it working. Also the PC is Slow

Just terrible... very slow, can't use my wireless mouse and keyboard, monitor blacks out. Took it to geek squad and said nothing was wrong with it. Bought it to replace a 5 year old computer and the old one runs better than the new one.
