I am very unhappy with the purchase of this HP product. It was defective & did not work properly from the moment I turned it on. HP used to manufacture quality computer systems.... I will not be purchasing anything HP in the future.

This computer crashed 1 day past the store warranty. Now it's $100 just to dignose it, ... goodbye $400+ that we paid for it! This might be our last Best Buy purchase after being loyal customers for 10+ years.

This is my first HP computer and my last. It is a month old and it performs like a tired old computer.I should have just bought from the same brand as my previous computer, I would not recommend it.

I purchased this new computer because mine was old and always in need of repair. This computer has not worked correctly sense I bought it and is in for repair already. I am not happy at all!

Would give zero stars if it was an option. The CPU runs at over 85% capacity with just the pre-loaded software. Major delays when you select any function. Returned.

We had this machine one day and we got blue screen of death and then it took 6 - 7 hours just to get it back to square one. Also, was very slow even before problem.

I'm not a happy camper . Product is slow and is unable to run more than one program. Wish I had done more research before spending the money for it. Save your money.

I will tell you this desktop is excellent. I have read the other bad reviews and do not understand what they are talking about. This computer is fast reliable and starts up very quickly. I have not had one glitch. Maybe they got a bad one but I did not. A8 chip, 8GB memory and 1TB hard drive what more do you want for 300 bucks. Awesome buy!!!

My first time buying HP computer. It crashed while new and had to be repaired by Geek Squad. Suggest you buy Geek Squad repair contract with this computer.

major issues as the machine kept restarting. ex changed the computer and in a week the new one had the same issue. returned gor a full refund.

Bought this and it kept crashing. Took it to Best Buy and they exchanged it after the 3rd time for a Dell. Love the Dell hate the HP

This is the worst..... to much to write...but save your money or spend a few more dollars and get something else..heck ANYTHING else...

I have spent three visits to BB, plus about five hours on the telephone with Geek Squad, and this new system barely works.

This computer works pretty slow with basic programs. There is a 1-2 second delay every time you hit the enter button.

This is slowest new computer ever. Returning it. Have had these h p desktops before. This must be a lemon.

I had to exchange due to rattling noise coming from the tower. < 30 days later monitor went completely out.

I AM SATISFIED WITH THE ITEM PURCHASED. IT WORKS FINE AND GEEK SQUAD SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT,

i have ordered a refurbished windows 7 which i should be receiving on Tuesday the 10th.

Lock up issues and load fan noise. Returned and purchased another product.

turns off randomly no room for upgrading. we are taking this one back
