Could be a good machine, but had one major flaw

However, once it began working, it did fine. It was a shame that this computer seemed to have just one major flaw, but that was too much.

Just temper expectations for much else. You get what you pay for with this one.

Bad Hard Drive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sometimes on boot the hard drive would make a loud scraping sound and would put a hard drive error on the screen. I tested the hard drive several times and it passed. I also tested it with Seagate Tools and it passed. I even did a Windows 10 Refresh through the HP recovery software. It ended up doing the same thing. There is something very wrong with the hard drive. I will be returning it tomorrow in exchange for a Dell, which I've had much better luck with over the years.

EXCESSIVE CHANGES BETWEEN AND 7 AND 10
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.OUTLOOK DOWN LOAD WAS IN 4 OR 5 TRIES AND NOW I HAVE MULTPLY SECTIONS LOADED THAT DONT TALK TO EACH OTHER. THEY TRIED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM BUT THE PROGRAMING IS BEYOND THE NEEDED SKILL LEVEL OF THE GEEKS.
