This computer was just what I wanted to replace my old one

Purchased this for my son. He wanted a desktop to use with his 3D printing. Unit has worked out just fine. I did purchase 4Gb of additional memory as the original 4Gb was proving to be not enough. Other than that it has turned out as expected considering the price.

Had a client with a down workstation that was too old to fix. Ran down the street to the nearest Best Buy and bought the best value. I needed something now that would be no muss no fuss. That's what this purchase was. This unit will be used primarily for business purposes in a construction trailer. Good value for good performance.

This computer replaced our aged slow paperweight of a computer. It came with a new mouse and keyboard.We have just started to use it and it was a learning curve for Windows 10, but not as bad as we feared... It actually makes lots of sense, the more you use it.

the computer works great..great deal for the money..

After deleting some bloatware was able to install a small solid state drive. It is really fast on boot-up now, faster than the monitor power-up. Have been looking at upgrading memory, but with no issues will wait for prices to come down some.

I purchased this HP hard drive to replace the HP hard drive I have had for a number of years and is finally dying. This computer has so much storage space that I will never run out of space and the speed is great. Much faster than my old computer. It was easy to hookup and ready to go. I am very pleased with it.

We were content with our old computer but had to change it because it had Windows Vista and that was not been supported any more by Microsoft, or anybody! We are retired and did not need a very sophisticated computer, but needed one that could handle what we do do. This one works beautifully for us.

For what I need the computer works great which is scanning and files

We were switching over from our 11 year old Mac Mini to a PC for our children’s use with schoolwork. This was a great replacement as it has all we need for basic home computing at a great price. It was $100 off at $299

good computer little slow for me but will get the job done

I am truly enjoying my new desktop computer from Best Buy. I prepare taxes for many close friends, and this computer is so much faster than my old clunker! I can go between websites so much faster now. I will always consider Best Buy my first choice in all computer needs.

The speed and storage capability is all we need. Skyping with this computer works really well and all of our banking and bill pay requirements are taken care of. It's quiet and compact....good for our desk top.

Needed a new PC to replace my 10+ year old outdated computer. Did not want to spend a lot as done in the past for a high end machine. No problems setting up. No issues since purchasing about six weeks ago. So far its been meeting my expectations for a basic computer.

As I am older retired Marine all I needed was a basic tower as my old gateway finally crashed I went to my local BB & told the geek squad my situation and the directed me to the HP Wich was on sale I purchased it and was easy for even me to hook up very nice unit

Was in dire need of a new desk top and after checking out several, decided on this HP Pavilion. This is much faster than my old HP and allows me to multitask without slowing down. I couldn't be happier with it. So far, I find this an excellent purchase.

It is nice deals, for my son to watch dvd and YouTube plus homework is good enough!

I finally got away from Windows XP and it to the real computer world. I am so happy with the new computer fast and fun. The help I got at the store was GREAT. I truly felt they accepted my inexperience and walked me through everything. I am very HAPPY.

I neded to upgrade my old Gateway eMachines desktop using Vista to Windows 10. The price was good for a unit with 1 TB of memory and most of the Microsoft software installed.
