New. Great item great product enjoyed the part for my class room

The Intel/ Microsoft Windows 10 update caused my 7 yr old computer to crash. Found this HP on sale at Best Buy and it's much faster than my old HP. Only negative is not enough USB ports, bought an extender, problem solved.

I have only begun to use the computer.. Speed seems reasonable and response times for programs are entirely acceptable for me. One of the better computers I have used

I finally got around to installing this PC today and am satisfied with the performance. Good value all around but the mouse and keyboard seem kind of cheaply made.

Purchased this to replace old Vista computer. Used my existing monitor and keyboard. I liked my older keyboard better. Easy setup and quick shipping. No problems. Still getting used to new features but love the computer.

The HP Pavilion Desktop does an excellent job of web browsing. It is not a high performance machine. I use it as a dedicated machine for displaying news ( streaming mode ). It is a great value for the price I paid.

My second HP computer for my office. I use it daily, mostly for back up and connecting to Parakeet YouTubes that my parakeets like to watch. Good reliable computer.

I would recommend this HP tower for it's price and easy assist set up. I would also recommend buying a one year protection plan from Best Buy, for support and piece of mind. This PC should give good service for years.

I was looking to replace my home desktop computer with a higher powered not fancy model on which I can work from home. This worked out perfectly for my needs

The kids like it so far. They will use it for playing games and research and writing reports. Best Buy set it up, so that helped to get them started on it faster. No problems so far. Reviews online were strong.

Easy setup and computer is very fast. Excellent WiFi connection. Software preloaded. Good helpful people at Best buy. Excellent followup by customer service.

Love everything about this desktop love windows 10.. we just needed a basic computer for everyday web browsing. for the price you cant go wrong.. much faster then my computer I replaced after 7 years...

Love my HP computer gets the job done when ever I need it. I had other computers before but this one I never had a problem with and I find myself on it more taking care off business

So far I am pleased with all of my HP products. I am satisfied so far with the purchase of the latest one. It is still early but the setup was easy and the tower is functioning properly up to this point.

I have had various HP computers, mostly the Pavillion model, and have never had issues, they have lasted years. My last one is still running and is 5 years old and this one was on sale so I upgraded!

Purchased this computer to have a second computer in the house. The sale price was great. It was very easy to set up.I am satisfied with my purchase.

It was a decent basic computer for light gaming. However our unit died after about a year. Honestly was not worth fixing so we bought a nicer one.

My computer repair person gave me the things to look for when buying a desk top to replace our that was no longer working. It was exactly to the specifications we needed & the price was perfect.

I was a little sceptical when purchasing this computer but gave it a short. I have yet to say anything bad. I'm very content with it. I use it only for office work and it hasn't failed me.
