I am my parents' "tech support," so when my Dad's PC had a terminal hard drive failure, I started looking for a replacement. I set it up for him and haven't had any urgent calls to fix PC problems, so it is working well and meeting his needs. Happy Dad, happy me! :-)

This is a good purchase if you are able to get it at the BF 2016 price. I have set up this pc for a small business, and it gets the job done. Will have to see how it stands up to the test of time and usage.

Simple easy to use, fast and very comfortable to use for those of use that aren't totally geeks! No problems works great for all the routine basic stuff. I'm not into games, so I cannot comment on higher level graphics, works great for me!!

The computer was working very good but the fan was kind of noisy. I return it, if you dont mind a little bit of noise this is a really good computer.

The biggest attraction is it has a large monitor which is good for typing and watching videos. The biggest drawback is no internal speaker which I didn't know till afterward.

i wanted to place an SSD hard drive and noticed no extra sata cables from the power supply. This Cpu is basically what you see is what you get. Not much room for upgrades.

This is a great computer, although I returned it for a model with a SSD. Some people complained of noise, bt I thought it was very quiet. Also, wait till it goes on sale.

I waited a little bit, after this computer went on sale before Black Friday, to see what other reviewers said before I bought this computer. It seemed like the biggest complaint from others was the fan noise. For me, I can hear the fan very slightly but it's nothing to complain about. Overall, the computer is very fast and works well with whatever you throw at it with numerous windows/applications open at the same time. I'm not a gamer so I can't comment on how well the computer would work playing games. But if you're a person who surfs the internet (articles, videos, emails, etc.) you'll be very pleased with the computer's performance. As for the other components that came with the computer (keyboard and mouse), the keyboard is relatively compact and nice but the HP mouse isn't as ergonomically pleasing as my Logitech mouse from my old computer. The mouse also has a minorly annoying sharp edge along the whole circumference where the top cover of the mouse overhangs the bottom portion very slightly. At this point, I haven't decided if I'll use some sandpaper to remove the sharp edge or if I'll just replace the mouse with one that feels better in my hand. My main concern when I bought this computer was whether my various items (webcam, printer, and scanner) would work or not. My Logitech Quickcam Pro 5000 webcam and Brother HL-2140 printer worked right away without any problems when I plugged them in. And even my old Epson Perfection 1640 scanner worked as soon as I downloaded some Windows 10 compatible drivers from a different Epson Perfection scanner. So having all of my items transfer over to this computer made me very pleased! The only minor complaint I have is the number of USB slots in the back. The computer has four USB slots in the back but two of them are taken up by the wired keyboard and mouse so that leaves only two available USB slots (and I have three items). It's a minor problem since the item I use the least (scanner) I can just plug into one of the two front USB slots whenever I want to use the scanner. Overall, I think that this computer is a great deal for the price. I would rate it 4 1/2 stars out of 5 (but you can't do half stars on the BestBuy website review). You won't be disappointed if you buy this item!

The only problem was that the keyboard did not work and I had to exchange computer.

Bought this Black Friday for my wife for Christmas. Set it up today and looks great so far. Very happy with it. For everyday computing this will fit the bill.

I was in the market for a desktop and BB had this one on sale with a 27" monitor and it works great. I'm not a fan of windows 10 but the desktop works fine.

Bought this during Black Friday. Seems to be a decent machine for business purposes. Wish it had a little more expand ability but overall I'm satisfied.
