very slow

I like the size, much easier to take along, but am having difficulties with the keyboard, so have to use an external keyboard most of the time. I was VERY impressed with the people of the Geek Squad. They were most helpful.

Reliable and easy to use

Lower end device, but good value for web surfing and using Microsoft Office. I would not recommend as a gaming device.

Great product

She wanted a bigger screen, but there were really no tablets with bigger screens available. A sales associate listed to what we wanted and pointed us to this lap top. It did everything we wanted and more. This is a great product.

Poor for any use

Got it for my wife and it is extremely slow to start up, slow to navigate, and extremely slow on the internet... Your money would be better spent on a box of nice rocks... Should have returned it to Best Buy and got something decent -- but were visiting and left the next day.. Wife not computer savvy and thought it was supposed to be that slow .. A computer to avoid... Guess we could have made a two hour drive to another Best Buy to return it...
