Don’t Buy This

Crashes a lot from excel, loses connection to the internet and loads slowly on simple websites. I’m returning tomorrow and I won’t be buying this again. Don’t waste your time. I didn’t use anything on here that was complicated to use.

Not bad for the price

Great Computer

We got this for my elderly in-laws, who are not very computer-savvy, but definitely need a simple machine that connects without difficulty. This fit the bill, and they're very happy with the price, too.

Bought an HP notebook computer for my wife

No glitches and everything works just as promised. All at a great price!

Glitchy and slow

Also, HP sends constant ads for updates and advertisements to sell antivirus products and other. Overall my dell seems faster and more responsive and was same price.

Pointing device sometimes has a mind of its own and moves in directions not moving on touch pad. The enter key often makes an entry without clicking the touchpad.

After a year of use it is not a great machine.

Has issues with connecting to one cloud and the audio jack just stopped working. Will be usig warranty to hopefully get this fixed.

The computer is always freezing up, takes forever to start sup and now I can’t even shut it down properly.
