    The good: convertible, touch screen, quiet operation, runs cool, full size HDMI, USB 3.0 ports, SD card slot, good sound. Could be better: battery life, rather slow processor, non illuminated keyboard, screen resolution. Bottom line: at a competitive price a good secondary device.

    This was purchased for my GF for school. Soon after she started having issues. Some letters and numbers in the keyboard wouldn't function properly. A line appeared in the screen and became permanent less than 2 months. Going back to Dell laptops

    Initially the laptop was cool. I purchased it for my 14 year old for school. It is very user friendly but extremely slow. We returned it because he could not function well with it at school because it was slow.

    Bought this for my wife for Christmas. I decided to go with this over a tablet and my wife loves it, the battery lasts all day and the unit is far better than I expected it to be. I am glad I chose this over a tablet

    Stopped working after a year not sure what happened. It's not turning on and I'm not sure what to do because I'm back in my home country Jamaica. But it was a great laptop non the less. Anybody can tell me how to fix it because I really love it?

    Purchased for non-technical spouse - set-up relatively easy just normal deprogramming of things not wanted installed by HP because they determined purchasers should have. Once setup the way we wanted good laptop
