Got this as a gift for a student , so far they like it.

Has been great for the general light use I put it thru.

Really great laptop. Very functional and versatile

laptop was super slow. we've only set it up through the standard windows new setup then also installed chrome browser. Windows did update itself and nothing else was installed but man o man it was slow. It has that issue where some windows 10 laptop hdd usage in task manager = 100% even when sitting idle. We ended up restoring the laptop and returned it. I know it's an entry level laptop but it's so slow it's actually counterproductive. Thanks BB for not charging a restocking fee. another point worth noting too is laptop seems a bit heavier when comparing to other units of the same size.

Great little laptop for the price. very easy set up. very good screen resolution, Processor pretty descent, plenty of ram and memory. Would recommend to others. Very happy with this purchase.

Not a bad size and looks pretty nice. The touch screen is slow as well as the speed. I bought this laptop for one simple function of scanning 100-200 small 9 digit bar codes a day and it was so slow.

So excited I purchased this laptop. Works very well for what I needed it for. I recommend for those who basically need a laptop/tablet capable device for surfing and checking emails.

Its an average laptop to do basic work. If you need something to do more than just surfing the web or using it for email I would look for something else. If you just need something basic for the price you will not go wrong.

The disk space and memory is very reasonable for an entry level laptop and addresses a very common issue in this price point where the OS often hogs 95% of the available space / memory.

This is a great computer to just browse the internet, type documents, watch Netflix, etc! I love the option to switch it over to a tablet.

After his younger brother received the same model for his birthday, my sophomore wanted to upgrade his laptop and wanted the same one his brother has. They both like them very much.

As in life, you get what you pay for. Was hoping to get this as a cheap lightweight "travel" laptop for sending emails, doing basic work (Microsoft Office), and internet surfing. It's practically junk though. Despite relatively light work loads, it sits and churns and overall frustrates me. Ended up saying screw it, turned this into a laptop that runs an electronic bulletin board (on a TV) and spent money on a Dell XPS 13 that was significantly more, but works like a champ.

It a good computer for what I use it looking for information resepies I don’t use it to buy over internet because I fell for a scam and I don’t want that to happen to me again

I bought two of them for my children. One is young and the other working on her Masters, and this laptop is user friendly for both. Great long lasting battery is a plus

It was on sale but even at the normal price it's an impressive little computer. I wouldn't use it for anything really heavy but we haven't hit any problems with it yet.

My first task for Alexa was to advise me how to wash dishes. To my surprise she really knew what she was talking about. The is was a great price with a great product.

You can't get a straight answer anywhere, but I tried one and it does support Pen input. It has the digitizer! Nice little 2 in 1! Wish it had an SSD, but it is upgradable!
