Bought this for my 8 year old to use for at home school. He loves it and it doubles as a tablet with the swivel/ touch screen capabilities.

Bought this laptop for my 13 year old son. From the beginning it would freeze every now and again. Now, we can't get past the log in screen. Could be due to something he downloaded at this point.

High school student uses this laptop for social media, school assignments, videos, and art projects. It seems to be a high quality laptop for our teen.

Great visual instructions to initialize/set up. REALLY user friendly going from my smaller sized HP 2G touchscreen Windows 8 to a larger touchscreen with Windows 10.

I am really enjoying this laptop. It’s small, I have large hands and it is still comfortable to use. I can flip the keyboard back and use it like a tablet also.

Wanted to get a Windows computer to keep up with the Microsoft technology aspect. real slow to boot up and facial recognition doesn't work. Kids now use this for web browsing. Touch is sensitive to work with out repeating.

Bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it. A perfect fit for her book bag and it has the speed she needs to download large files and videos for schoolwork.

Mot sure why bit this is the second HP computer product that has developed an odd bubble distortion and page hopping bug. At least this one seems to right itself if you put it to sleep and wake it back up

We purchased this for middle schooler bc all of her work and textbooks are online. It is great for her schoolwork but would not recommend it for more. Slow start

Bought it for sister and she seems to love it for all her social media needs. Good speed, good storage, overall good laptop for not being too expensive.

I have this Same Laptop , But Bigger & wanted a smaller one to take back & forth to work .. I also like the fact that this is a 360 convertible Laptop

I bought this laptop for my daughter who was going to college but it has been a disappointment. The biggest issue is its slowness it takes forever to start-up, shut down, open an application, and more. It constantly freezes up and won't work especially after turning it off, so you have to leave it on sleep mode if you want easy to use next time. Its a shame this is how it turned out since it had such great reviews when we bought it.

Phone case is very durable and looks great. This is the second one I have bought for a grandkids phone and they have yet to break wither phone or case.

Purchased this laptop as a monitor for cameras. Daughter sometimes uses it in her class room for kids to watch you tube. The size is perfect.

Great quality product from HP, bought this for my mom since she does not need all the bells and whistles of some of the more expensive models.

A computer using a traditional hard drive, don't expect a high speed multitasking device. Good replacement if you are not going to process heavy video or photo files.

Had this laptop previously, spilt water on it, and didn’t work anymore. I had to buy another one!! Best laptop out there! Do not hesitate!!
