Got this for my daughter because she needed a normal laptop as she says because her surface Twitches in between screens and can get frustrating

The touch pad and screen are very unresponsive. The computer is slower than metro pcs phone. It likes to lose connection randomly

An absolutely & horrendously slow laptop. I've never regreted more purchasing a product more than this. To be fair the bestbuy salesman did advice me to get the next step up model, however giventhat it on sales and the spec weren't drastically different, I never assumed it would turn out be such a major mistep on my part.
