I got this a few weeks ago to write. It was running slow after only using it a handful of times, so I restarted. 30 minutes later it’s still restarting. Would think twice about buying this particular item. Normally HP are great. My last one lasted 7 years. This one is already testing my patience.

This was purchased for a high school exchange student. It is perfect and does everything that is needed.

The convertible laptop is good for a beginner use. The screen lags and sometimes unresponsive. However, the basic functions work pretty well.

I don't even know why they would sell this computer. I could not even load anything up. Super slow.

I don't know if it is the HP brand (I have always worked with Lenovo before) or the fact that it was a n open-box laptop, but I have had problems with this computer from the 1st day. Processing is unnaturally slow and the computer screen goes black often. Everything is slow to respond (web-based programs and non-web based programs), I like the size, weight, keyboard, and look of the laptop, but functionality has been a problem.

The computer has a long lasting battery and great screen quality. This is a really good computer

Great laptop for basic needs. Have not ran into any issues using excel, PowerPoint, or word.

The screen broke easily and it slowed down so bad that is is just not useable.

I got this item the end of August. I thought it would be a nice little laptop I can carry around for school but within two week the laptop started to randomly disconnect for my wifi. I also have other devices that I use on my wifi network and never had this issue. I even had the laptop sent to HP to resolve the problem. They said it’s fixed but im still getting the same issue. I even use my mobile hotspot and I still get the same issue.

Bought this as a newer computer for home use. The 2 in 1 feature was an added bonus. Runs fast.
