I’ve had this computer since September. I bought it just for internet research and typing word documents. The computer is SO SLOW!! I have to wait at least ten minutes on start up for the computer to work. Terrible.

I wouldn't recommend this laptop. Everything on the laptop is small. The words are small and it's easy to press the wrong app or file when selecting something on the screen. And it's overpriced. I thought I would learn to like it as I continued to use it but no.

Took 6 hours to get set up and get ready for use. I've set up similar pc's in less than 1 hour. After set up, it takes at least 5 minutes to load from start-up. It may be defective, but I'm returning it.

IT'S OK. Still learning the comouter capabilities.

I bought this for my 11 year old, hoping it would help him with simple tasks, word processing, email, internet searches. Instead I found myself hating myself for buying this slow machine. It is awful!!!!

This computer is very lousy. I never have bought a computer that ran so slow stops constantly and freezes so much.

Loved the idea of using a convertible. Unfortunately this computer doesn’t have the power and memory to do more than one thing at a time. Good for playing a game or using Microsoft office but not able to handle multiple processes.

Worst computer ever. Very slow loading and switching between screens. I would never recommend this to anyone!

Very slow, I would not recommend it to anyone. If you are going to purchase something that you need to do work and enjoy, chose a different pc.

It is vary slow! I wish I could’ve of returned it on time. It is very slow and it takes for ever to load a web page.

I bought this 2-in-1 convertible laptop to use for work. The processor is slow and takes a very long time to load and while the size is convenient to pack and carry when I travel from one place to another, I end up waiting longer than necessary for different windows to load especially upon starting the laptop. Processing slows down even more when converting to tablet mode and it slows down my work most of the time.

the battery has a very short life the laptop itself works very slow some times the screen goes blank for a good few minutes

Bought for my daughter 10, worked good for web searching and roblox type games, glitched a little, then of course after the warranty date it died.

I do not recommend this computer. It can be used for writing papers and that is all. If you plan to look up things on the internet and write, then find something else.

This was a nice looking computer but it was too slow and the reviews that I read swayed me away from this PC.
