Broke in a month

It had some annoying back lighting problems but fro 400 bucks it was livable. It was a great laptop for small kids. Unfortunately the Hard drive crashed. I would stay away from HP altogether buy the protection plan you will need it

Slow and unreliable

When I turn it on and finally get to a program, it almost always says, "(Not Responding)", and I have to wait even longer for it to "respond". I have perfectly good internet at home, so it's not that - it's the computer. Bad Buy.

Piece of garbage

HP did not want to repair the laptop because software issues is not covered under their warranty. Geek Squad needs to charge me for the "repair'. Returning it and buying another brand at Micro Center!
