So far it works pretty well

Minus: 1) the remote comes with a charging cord and a Bluetooth USB plug but it only works when the Bluetooth USB plug Is in the PS3. It will not work if you rely solely on the charging cord. So to charge it and play at the same time it will take up 2 USB ports. 2) the remote does not recognize tilting positions
