    I had purchased one controller like this previously on Amazon and was very happy with it- has the USC charge cable and was the same price. This one for Best Buy is an old model, uses a micro USB charger and was the same price! The controller is heavier and does not show a ‘battery meter’ on the screen like ALL other current gaming controllers for the Switch do. Very disappointing.

    the lights stop working 1 week after, not sure if it was because my son "blocked them" but we've been trying to look up for answers on the internet but we haven't found the answer. the lights work when it's charging but not when playing.

    This controller broke within 2 months of buying it. It just randomly stopped working, and Best Buy won't do anything. It was a gift and my son is really upset that he can't use his controller anymore. I will never buy a controller not made exclusively by Nintendo again - and won't be using Best Buy for my controller purchases either. Or probably any other purchases for that matter.
