Sound only comes from one side. Have yet to contact best buy due to quarantine. I'm sure if I had them replaced and they were working I'd recommend heavily as the sound from one side is excellent.

They feel a bit cheap, but that's because they are cheap haha so can't complain. Works great, no issues. Bang for your buck if you don't care about all the fancy stuff that's out there. Does the job.

This headset has basic functions and gets the job done. However, I decided to go with wireless ones. The fact that I had to actually hook the headset to my controller became a bother.

This is second pair we bought because first pair broke. Buying these because of price. Would think Playstation would make a better product for their systems

These headphones are great and held up to my 10 year old sons tantrums while playing his games and being tossed around so that's why I gave it a 5 star rating. They lasted about a good 6 months

The headset was good at first but after a few weeks there would be some static noise when I insert the headphones in, but they do work nice other then that.

not top of the line, but a decent headset for a value price. Can hear background noise paired with music and voices in games, none are overpowered. They are corded, so if you want wireless, these are not for you.

Definitely worth buying if you play multiplayers online. Pretty soundproof, I don’t hear anything when I have them on. I should note that microphone only works with your PS4 controller. I tried using on my PC and was not able to use the microphone at all.

My son was looking for a headset to be able to use while he was playing on his Ps4 and one of the sales associates help me with getting these with a good price

He doesn’t even realize he’s been called for Dinner 6 times - the headphones tune u out of your surroundings & way into the game ! Gives a real feeling of experience & has Made the games so Much more Exciting !

My grandson loves this headset. He came to visit and was so upset that he couldn’t communicate with his first. I went out the next day to purchase these and it was like he saw Santa. I would recommend for kids who play Fortnite

Thought please let there be some I can buy for my son so when I want to hear myself think vs his friends on fortnite screaming .... nailed it ... bonus he not useing them works for zoom calls on my g7 dell laptop

Perfect price and quality for my son! This was his first set and he’s only 7 so I didn’t want to get something over the top. The sound and mic work great and he hasn’t had any complaints so far!!

Was looking for a nice gaming headset without spending a fortune. These were the perfect find. Every time he uses them he tells me, how much he enjoys them and how great they are.

Headphones are okay started having issues after about 4 weeks whereas though the microphone stops working on my PS4 after a while.

Got them for my son he really liked them but he was complaining how tight they are on he’s head not sure if the problem was his big head or the headphones themselves are too tight.

This was the one request from my son in law. He was extremely happy when he opened it. I’m not a gamer so I can’t say anything else. Sorry

No complaints with these. Im sure there are better brands but for the price I'm satisfied. Gaming is not my life.

Great headset, Only issue with it is that over time, it shorts out due to the weak cable

Functionally, the headphones work good. The only thing I don't like is the ear pad is not really soft it's like a styrofoam feel.
