Ok for cheap headphones but you get what you pay for. wire broke after about 6 months. Tape extended life a little longer but then went to recycling.

Not a fan to be honest. Not glasses friendly. Audio seemed to be only coming through one side. Heavy soundproofing tho. Couldn't hear very much when they were on. Wasn't my first choice. Wish I could return them.

6 months in left ear went out. For the price it should make it at least a year. Audio quality is perfectly fine, but I would like headphones to last closer to 2 years

Honestly it’s not a bad headset but I didn’t like cause it didn’t fit my big head and it was really uncomfortable had to return it

It worked fine this the sound started to fade. I was really happy about the overall experience with it but too bad it failed just after a few months.

To delicate the wire short out in the head set only one ear works and then the mic has a short as well needs thicker wire

Complete trash. Don’t get them not worth it. I went from Turtle beach recon 500 to these since my headphones grew legs and walked off. I just wanted a quick headset to game and grabbed these. Took them back that same hour and just spent the money on better ones. Not even good enough for my 6 year old.

This would of been a good decent headset but the headphone jack is what kills it. Since you’ll have to connect the headset to the controller the headphone jack get damaged easily. If it were designed to have it be connected at a 90 degree angle then yes, no problems but it’s not. Just spend the extra 10$ or so and get the wireless version.

Really won’t buy again speakers always go out I had warranty but always taking it back

Was buying to replace a headset that the mic stopped working on. The one we had was purchased from Walmart for half the price, lasted 6 months. This one the mic literally already stopped working a week after purchasing.

Mic went out at 90days. Wished I had purchased warranty.

Did not work. We now have to return them to he store.

Got this headset for PS4, the headset does not work.

Product broke twice at piece that goes into device. Almost lost my device, because it broke off in the device (IPad) & tweezers had to be used to get it out. Going to replace with wireless headset to avoid happening again.

We have exchanged this numerous times and it continues to not work. One time it was delivered with the package opened on one end. The keys were stuck. Major disappointment and this is with the two year warranty.

This would be great if it didn’t break the next day when we went to unplug it from the controller. With covid I have not been able to get through to anyone to get it fixed. Needless to say I have one disappointed son.

Ordered on 7-19-2020 and it broke in just a few days into having it about 2 weeks Went online Right away to start a return for a replacement and it said no longer returnable that it expired on 8-5-2020

The headphones never worked from the get-go. I tried using them in a PC laptop, IPod, PS4, etc. I tried to return the items and told I could not. Now I’m out the purchased price and inconvenience.
