Not happy with the purchase. The grips that go on the thumb sticks came of after using them for a while and are a real pain to get back on. Buyers remorse.

NEVER FITS IN AND IT IS A PAIN IN THE BUTT TO TRY TO FIT IT IN CONTROLLER IN FIRST PLACE PERIOD!

Save you're money, it's not worth the plastic it's made with.

The shoulder buttons on the PS3 have always been a problem, and these "button kickers" are the cure. They only take a second to snap into place, and they are easy to remove if you're packing your controller up or if for some reason you don't want to use them. The design matches with the L1 and R1 buttons almost perfectly, and they make the controller feel so much better. Honestly, I think that these feel much better than the Xbox 360's triggers, which are considered the "industry standard" as far as analog triggers go. They may pop off by mistake in button-mashing heavy games like the Street Fighter series, but for pretty much any other kind of game this is not a problem. Simply put, you need these, and they are cheap enough that there's really no excuse not to have a pair for each of your controllers.

Not exactly a perfect fit and tends to fall of pretty easily

People are saying that it doesn't cost that much to make and yet they're charging $5. Well, being so they also have other expenses, such as salary, utilities, manufacturing, etc, they have to get the rest from somewhere......and really, why are you complaining about $5? Sure, we're in a recession, but I don't know of anyone that can't come up with $5. You probably already paid $400 for a PS3, what's another $5 for a HUGE improvement such as these? Also known as "Real Triggers", this little attachment snaps right onto the 2 "triggers" on the back of your Dualshock 3 (or Sixaxis if anyone's still using that thing). It's painless to snap them on, although I'm not quite sure if you can, if ever, take them off.......but that doesn't matter. It's not like you'd miss the old triggers once you put these on. My only complaint is they kinda hurt my right index finger. I guess it's due to how hard I press down on them, but after long uses, it began to hurt....more of a "hmm, that doesn't feel too great", than an "OOOOW!! That really hurts!" If you were thinking of buying these.....why are you sitting there thinking? Why are you even reading this review? They prevent random skips in movies/videos, and they're a HUGE improvement, especially for those that play alot of racers and shooters (aka, people like me). Stop reading this review....stop reading all the others. Go buy them....now...seriously. You won't regret it.

I bought these shortly after I bought my PS4. Now this may sound confusing since these are for the PS3 controllers but I found it was hard to go back to playing my PS3 controller after using the new PS4 controller. These help mend the gap between the controllers. For a First person shooters these feel so much better than using the standard triggers. Perfect curve to help control. The only down fall is I found my self some times accidentally hitting the triggers from the weight of my finger on the controller.

Three words: Made everything easy! No slippage, added great control and feel for the trigger on shooter games. This is great for nervous wrecks like me who shakes in climactic moments of the game and who easily get frustrated after dying repeatedly (lol). I bought two sets for my two DS-6axis controllers and will buy for every controller I purchase in the future! Plus, it snaps on easily and gets you going in no time. It may feel awkward at first but getting used to it is a breeze! So what are you waiting for reading this review? Go on and buy this now!!!!! At a great price, you will never regret these little saviours!

This is a very good product. If you are used to xbox controllers this gives you that feeling. They are also very cheap so you don't have to worry about price. They fit nicely onto your Playstation 3 controller.

I can't comment on durability yet because I've only had them about a week but these button attachments are great so far. Color and fit is perfect, they feel secure and I haven't popped one off yet. They make it much easier to hit the L2/R2 buttons. I bought one set to try and these will soon be going on all of my controllers, really worth the 5 dollars. Dog tagging in BF:BC2 is even easier now!!

My son bought this for me a couple years ago cause I’m a great gammier player lol anyway I love the grip it has when you’re playing any type of game I’m going to order two more cause I just bought two more controllers can’t play a game without them. I recommend you get this it will be a big hit, and the price is right.

these are a great improvment over the origional triggers. i bought them last night and tested them on FUEL, Killzone 2, and Call of Duty: World at War. they are more comfortable than the default angle of the controller. i noticed a slight improvement over controlling the trigger buttons (as in how much pressure is applied). it also helped to prevent the controller from pressing the buttons when i lay the controller down on a couch or table. over all a good item, but it is seriously just 2 peices of plastic for $5 which is over priced for something that costs 20 cents to make, but with no other options to choose from and these being the only triggers i have found, i guess we are stuck paying the high marked up price if we want the improved funtionality. one does have a crack in it where it clips on but i beleive it was like that and it was either shipped that way or had something heavy on it. it isnt really a crack but you can tell the plastic was stressed somehow becuase there is white discoloration in a crack like pattern on both sides where it clips on. im not to worried about it, it works, it stays on, and i wont be taking them off becuase i bought 2 sets, one for each controller i have becuase i figured it would be cheap plastic and i would imagine if you take them off, and put them on repeatedly they will break. overall the item is a great find, but it should be priced at $1.00 instead of $5. it is more of a comfort thing rather than a game improvment thing, though it is more comfortable in racing games like FUEL where you have to have the triggers depressed for long periods of time due to it being the accelerator button. other than that, no they dont improve shooting guns at all, you can either aim and hit a target or you cant, it will not improve your game to where you all of a sudden have 100 more kills than usual, so dont expect anything major, though it does feel more natural when using a sniper rifle in COD5. if you are looking for more comfort buy these, if you are looking to improve your game, these wont help.

This R2 and L2 real Trigger is a must buy because every time when I play a shooting games my hands get sweaty and my fingers get slipped off all the time but since I got the real triggers it doesn't slip off at all and the feeling isn't that bad. It's a must buy for all those who has sweaty hands.

Makes the trigger buttons much better. Now my fingers don't slip off. Plus the proper feel for FPS games when you switch the buttons from L1/R1 to L2/R2, though that takes some adjusting. Once you're there though it's well worth it.

Just wow, I really never had a problem using the shoulder L2/R2 buttons on my DS3 controllers, but I always hated that slipping feeling that came by using those buttons during intense gaming sessions. I bought this just because I had some spare bucks after buying a game, but once I tried them, I was sold. Now I can't play without them. I love them, I even went ahead and bought two more pairs for my other controllers, my friends love them too. They sure are a bit pricey for some small plastic pieces, but the product itself is completely worth it, trust me.

I believe this is a must have for anyone who enjoy's FPS games. Easy to install on the controller and i think it helps out quite a bit. Like the feel. I have bought 2 sets and have them on both of my controllers. Will not play without them.

This is actually a good product to buy if you like playing shooting games like Killzone 2 or fighting games like Street Fighters. You are fighting a buddy and you both are eating food that gets your hands dirty. You don't have to worry because you got the PDP Button Kickers and your friend doesn't so theres a better chance you might win. (Unless he's really good at playing video games.) Just imagine that you are at home and playing a shooting game and drinking a Big Gulp from 7/11. Your hands would get wet and you mght lose grip when holding fire. It gives you like a 100% chance your fingers won't slip and thats better then 0%.

Great idea, This makes pushing the buttons on the controller so much easier, faster and more comfortable on the fingers. I really like this product and have them on all my controllers. They are easy to install, they just snap right on, and stay on, they don't fall off even if you happen to drop your controller on the floor. Great product, Great price, great idea. I also purchased the new colored controllers......RED, WHITE , AND BLUE. So much better looking than the plain black ones.

I first heard about these from the forums of a gaming website. For a few bucks it adds a good level of control to the L2/R2 buttons that is very helpful in First Person Shooters and Racing games. No hardware is required to install them. Just slide them on top of the buttons and they snap into place. I'd recommend them to anyone who plays a lot of each, or people who like the triggers on the Xbox 360 controllers for the very reason stated above.

I don't play my PS3 much but I did buy a pair of these triggers for both of my PS3 remotes. They click right into place, are easy to remove but do not just pop off during game play. They are designed well so your index fingers do not slide down, off the bottom triggers, like they did before I bought these. They have a great curvature that accepts your finger during game play without any play while holding or rapidly tapping the trigger buttons. Two thumbs up but still pricey for bits of plastic.
