I don't think I'm forceful, but was really disappointed. It's a very cool controller and the app is great, but would not get again.

The controller struggles with multiple simultaneous button inputs and the sticks have an awful dead zone. Definitely get the warranty, bought mine in May and it is dead in November.

The buttons made my basketball player go backwards. Why I have no idea. Kept trying to fix the problem, however it would not allow me to.

Finally got around to opening it in mid August (I go through long periods of not playing my Xbox), much to my surprise it doesn't work! I go into the local Best Buy and they inform me I cannot return the item as it is past the cutoff point for returns. Unless they offer a world-beating price on an item I desperately want I will never shop at BestBuy again, and then I will make sure to test the product immediately!!!
