Everything went well, staff was pleasant and efficient. My grandson was very happy with the headset. Less than a 5 minute wait - on a Saturday! Kudos to BB and staff!

Comfort is pretty good. Played for hours with no problems. Mic works great. Friends say they hear me perfectly. Would definitely recommend.
