Not great; just ok Muffled sound

Sound quality is muffled at best,also there is no on off switch. You just turn the volume all the way down and I’m guessing others can’t hear you. They work. But don’t expect great sound quality

The mic didn't perform well and the audio is not very good. Spend at least 40 - 50 dollars on a headset, or just use the ear buds that came with your smartphone.

PDP Gaming and Afterglow customer service is not helpful or responsive, stay away unless you like wasting money.

Some said not loud enough, some said made for small heads or kids - I didn't experience that as it is adjustable. Not heavy duty, but if you take care of things, it will last just as long as the expensive headsets. I prefer and like the lightweight feel and the ear comfortability. Open for questions...
