It was a gift for someone but it wasn’t what the person was expecting it to be

It felt flimsy and slightly inspired by the old rockband fenders.

Worked well for a while but got stuck drift very quickly

Love it, very quality, PDP is the best wired controller you can get, almost no latency issues

The app you use to recalibrate them is awful. Never had such bad stick drift and I have gone through many controllers over the years. Would not recommend this at all.

Says in the description that it is PC compatible, however, it was not.

Bought one today and tried to conect it to its dongle for xbox series x and nothing happend. Tried for 2 hours resetting and re connecting and no luck, i will be returning it tomorrow. Debating on exchanging before a refund and if the second one does the same thing then i will be. Also i have emailed their company about this issue

Terrible controller. The right bumper and left bumper did not feel right, and the bumpers on the back of the controller also did not feel good

Honestly the controller is good no issues. But when they advertise a free month of game pass ultimate the hoops that you have to jump through to get this code is absolutely ridiculous. The website doesn’t accept the code for ultimately you have to reach out to Xbox. Then pdp then to Best Buy because no one communicates with anyone. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend. And it’s simply for all this I’ve had the controller a month now. And still no resolution

Needed a quick and inexpensive replacement. While waiting for a new controller to be delivered. This has done the job. Not as solid a feel as a more expensive controller would have, but I'm glad I bought it.

Controller started glitching and losing control of the character for a few seconds. I play FPS games that means instant death. Happens about once every 10 minutes. After a lengthy and involved warranty process through PDP (including video of the glitching and photos of the controller), they agreed to send a new controller IN 2 WEEKS. Would not recommend if you want to game.

This is a good controller, but, phycological I just find it distracting to have a white color controller. My eyes tend to get distracted by the color of the controller. Sounds weird, I know. But it's sort of like when certain controllers have a glowing light, and your eyes get distracted by the glow. In this case, there is no light, only the color of the controller.

The micro USB which connects to the controller which goes to the Xbox. The micro USB part to the controller would move just a little while using the controller to turn off the controller. I tried many different tactics on how to keep the controller steady or making the cord not move. The slightest of movement again would turn off the controller.

Decent controller for the price! The D-pad feels a little too stiff, but overall it gets the job done on my kid’s PC

This set up is much better to use as a "wired" controller for kids than a regular Xbox controller because of the USB c cable. Got tired of buying new micro USB cables

had to get it repaired because shortly after buy, the buttons were getting jammed and now in all the games i play my character will start to walk and then sprint then walk again so i figured out it is the controller. Stick to the microsoft controllers

Not too shabby for the price. Wired is fine, like the color.
